The POLYCAST® 500, 600, 700 and 800 series drains are polymer concrete products for a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications.
500 Series - This is a roof and deck drain system, ideally suited for a variety of "above grade" applications that require the drainage of incidental water run-off. Channels are low profile (1.75") and are neutrally sloped.
600 Series - POLYCAST® 600 is a pre-sloped trench system ideally suited for a variety of commercial and industrial applications where pedestrian and light truck traffic will be seen. Channels can be constructed to obtain 100 feet of continual 0.6% slope and can handle water flows up to 470 GPM. Longer drain runs are achieved by using neutral channels.
700 Series - The POLYCAST® 700 series channels are designed for heavy commercial, hard wheel forklifts and military aircraft traffic. This system includes either a HDPE or cast iron frame which is then fitted with a cast iron or ductile iron grate.
800 Series - The POLYCAST® 800 Series channel is designed for those high flow volume situations that exceed the capacity of the 600 Series products. Channels are 12" wide and are made of polymer concrete. All channels are neutral in slope.
A wide variety of grating options are available which include galvanized and stainless steel, cast and ductile iron, fiberglass and HDPE.
