MultiDrain Systems, Inc. has been manufacturing pre-engineered trench drain and trench forming systems for commercial and industrial applications since 1992. Originally founded by Georgia Steel, the company is now located in Statesville, NC and is dedicated to creating durable trench drain products that will stand up to heavy duty environments for eons. Their systems are easy to install and need little maintenance, which makes them contractor friendly.
Their flagship product, MultiDrain, is a steel lined trench channel that has an adjustable slope. The EZ Frame system is a spin-off product that allows wooden form trench drains to be built with slope adjustments. In 1995, MultiDrain Systems patented an EPS trench forming system called EconoDrain. This system allows traditional, pre-sloped poured-in-place systems to be formed without the added expense and labor of building wooden forms. Frames on both the MultiDrain and EconoDrain systems come in a variety of width sizes and ensure a uniform shape.
MultiDrain manufactures a pre-sloped polymer concrete channel product line called Alfa Channel. This product competes head to head with products like PolyDrain, Polycast, MEA and ACO, with grating options available that extend its application range to anywhere between pedestrian and aircraft loading.
