Micro Channel Drain
The Micro Channel is a 1.25" wide and 3.25” deep PVC system designed to catch water runoff from pools, patios and in-ground spas. It is rated for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Because the grate openings are small and run parallel to the flow of the system, Micro Channel is considered heel-proof and ADA Compliant.
Micro Channel sections come in ten foot lengths and are available in three colors: sand, white and gray. Each 10 foot channel section is equipped with a coupler that aids in connecting adjoining channels and accessories. The system offers T sections, 45º angles and 90º angles to expand design options for the application.
Micro Channel is a one piece system and does not have a removable grate. Clean-out sections (4” long) are available which have a removable cover. These allow you to inspect and clean the channel cavity. Standard end plugs and 1.5” diameter outlets are available, as well as, side and bottom outlets. All these accessories are available in the three color selections.

Mini Channel Drain
The Mini Channel is a 2.75" wide by 3.125” deep PVC channel drain system designed for residential applications. It is commonly used on large pool decks and patios. Mini Channel has a recessed grate feature that adds strength to the channels, making it capable of handling light automobile traffic.
Mini Channel sections come standard in six foot lengths. Bottom outlet sections are 3 ft long and are recommended every 15 feet. Plastic grates are offered in six colors: white, gray, green, black, sand and brick red. Each grates section is attached to the channel edge by means of a stainless steel screw. Brass and cast iron decorative grating are available for Mini Channel, which add both strength and style to your drainage surface.
The Mini Channel system offers T sections, 45º angles and 90º angles (complete with grate) to allow greater flexibility in your drain design. These accessories are not available in all colors.

Spee-D Channel Drain
Spee-D Channel is a 4.75" wide by 3.75“ deep PVC trench drain system designed for commercial and residential applications. Grating options are available for light automobile and pedestrian traffic. Spee-D Channel’s recessed grate and honeycomb reinforced walls add strength to the channels, making them suitable for uses ranging from patios to driveways.
Spee-D Channel sections come in four and ten foot lengths. Bottom outlet sections are only 2 ft long. Outlet sizes range from 2 - 4". The accessory channel pieces available include T sections, 45º angles, 90º angles and fabricated cross Tees. These factory-made sections allow you greater variety in your drainage pattern design. Grating for the NDS Spee-D channel is made from plastic in one of six colors (white, gray, green, sand, black and brick red). Iron Age Designs also offers ornamental cast iron grates for this system.

3" Pro-Series Channel Drain
T
he 3" Pro-Series is a neutral-sloped PVC system that is just over 3" wide. Channels are 4” deep and the grates are 4“ wide. This system is used in residential and commercial applications where pedestrian traffic is common. Using a recessed grate, the system not only drains water more efficiently but withstands the weight of light vehicles or slow-moving traffic.
The 3" Pro-Series channels come in one meter, modular sections. All Pro-Series modular channels feature a cutoff option every 4" which allow you to maintain the tongue in groove connecting mechanism. This channel connecting feature eliminates the need for channel couplers and strengthens the channel against the pressures of thermal expansion and contraction. The 3” Pro-Series system comes with a standard 3" end outlet and can be purchased in a kit with grate, channel and accessories included.

5" Pro-Series Channel Drain
The 5" Pro-Series is probably the most versatile modular channel drain made by NDS. As are all Pro-Series products, the 5” Pro-Series channels are made of PVC, are neutral-sloped and have a featured cut-off band every 4” along the length of the channel. The 5” Pro-Series channels have a 4.5" interior width but have a wider top dimension that seats a 5.25" wide grate.
The 5” Pro-Series channels are available in two different depths; 2.625” and 4.75”. The shallow profile channels come in 20” lengths and have a unique combination bottom/side outlet accessory available. The deep profile channels come in one meter lengths and have 45 and 90 degree corner sections available. The deep profile channel can be purchased as a light traffic channel kit (in light grey) or as individual components.
The 5” Pro-Series has many grating options. Light gray perforated plastic grates are available for swimming pool applications. For a driveway application, consider using one of the strong, plastic slotted grates made in six colors options. High impact, glass reinforced nylon grates and cast iron grates are also available for use with heavy duty traffic. All grates are secured by stainless steel screws.

8" Pro-Series Channel Drain
For residential and commercial applications that require larger drain capacities than the smaller Pro-Series products can offer, the 8" wide Pro-Series may be the logical choice. This modular product is made from sturdy PVC and features the same mechanical interlocking joints and length adjusting locator ribbing as all the other Pro-Series products. And, as the grating “seat” is wider (7.875”) than the channel cavity section (6.75”), bearing loads are transferred to the concrete surrounding the channel, rather than directly to the plastic channel itself.
The 8” Pro-Series channels come in ½ meter (19.875”) lengths. Channels are available in 4.5” and 7.25” depths, giving you a degree of design flexibility. The shallow channels have the option of a side, end or bottom outlet. The deep channels can only support an end outlet.
There are 4 grating options with this product line. For pool and pedestrian applications, a plastic perforated grate is available. A reinforced plastic slotted grate is promoted for light vehicle traffic. For heavy loads, cast iron and glass reinforced nylon grating is recommended. Iron Age Designs also offers ornamental cast iron grates for this system. Grates are secured to the channel by stainless steel screws.

12" Pro-Series Channel Drain
The “grand daddy” of all the NDS modular channel drain products is the 12" Pro-Series. Like the 8” Pro-Series, all channels are neutral and are ½ meter (19.875”) in length. The channels are available in shallow (5.5”) and deep (10.5”) profile heights. Unlike the 8” Pro-Series, the interior width of the channel is a roomy 10.5".
The 12” Pro-Series is used in applications that need to withstand light to heavy vehicular traffic. For light traffic
applications, a high impact PVC grate is available. For truck traffic, a heavy cast iron grate is recommended.
Grate securing clips are used with 12" Pro-Series grates to hold them in place and prevent shifting. Both depths
have end caps with 4" knock-outs.

Dura Slope® Pre-Slope Trench Drain
The most versatile product in the NDS channel drain offering is the Dura Slope trench drain. Dura Slope is a 6" wide pre-sloped, structural foam polyethylene channel system with features that make it easy to install, maintenance free, long lasting and inexpensive to use. DOWNLOAD CATALOG
Channels come in 4 foot lengths and are available in depths between 4” and 12”. Sloped sections have a built in 0.7% grade which help maintain optimum flow rates. The 2” radius channel bottom design helps to keep the drain debris-free. The channels are durable and lightweight. The LeveLoc rebar attachment knob and unique locking tongue and groove channel joints help to make installation of the Dura Slope a quick and low labor process. Each Dura Slope channel has a 4” diameter bottom outlet knockout which adds to the flexibility of the installation. A Dura Slope catch basin (24” x 24” x 6.25”) with trash basket is a popular accessory for many Dura Slope drainage systems.
The grating options of the Dura Slope product line are huge. Plastic slotted grates, capable of light vehicular traffic, are available in 7 colors. 
Perforated grates are available in Plastic, galvanized steel or stainless steel. NDS offers 7 different cast iron grates, which are capable of handling fork truck traffic loads (when used in combination with a ductile iron frame). Decorative cast iron grating are available in raw iron, black or a number of exciting colors. Because of this broad grating option, Dura Slope is used in applications ranging from light residential to heavy industrial.
The newest product addition to the Dura Slope product line is the EZ Track Radius couplings. The EZ Track radius couplings are designed specifically for running track installations and are used with neutral or pre-sloped Dura Slope channel sections. Each radius coupling allows 3 degrees of motion between trench drain sections, making an adjustable radius easily achievable. The drain radii that can be achieved with the EZ Track coupling are between 80’ and 120’. Each coupling is supplied with an associated “mini grate section” that is made of plastic or ductile iron. NDS Catch Basins
NDS makes a wide range of catch basins for residential and light commercial applications. Common uses for these basins are patio drainage, downspout water control and yard and garden drainage. Use them in series or as a stand-alone point drainage system. Different sizes are available depending on your specific drainage needs. Each drainage basin is discussed below. Spee-D Basin – this 6" round catch basin can be used in conjunction with the NDS atrium, round, or square grates, and also with the 6" Pop-up emitters. Available with 1, 2, 3, or 4 outlets which fit either 3” sch. 40 pipe or 3" & 4" sewer and drain pipe. Sump area collects debris to prevent clogging. 9" Catch Basin Series – NDS 900 series (9" x 9") catch basins are square basins that are available in 2-opening and 4-opening models. Outlet adapters are required for each opening. If you want to make your basin deeper, catch basin extensions (or risers) are available. Grates available include a variety of colors in plastic along with cast iron and galvanized steel. There is also an atrium grate available for the 9" catch basin.
12" Catch Basin Series – NDS 1200 series (12" x 12") square catch basins are available 2, 3 or 4 outlet openings. Like the 900 series, you will need an outlet adapter for each opening in order to attach your 3” or 4” drainage pipe. Risers and sump basins can be included in your design. With the 12” catch basins, you have a wide assortment of grating options. Plastic slotted and atrium grates are available in 4 colors. Cast iron grates are available in slotted and decorative patterns. And, 12” x 12” covers can also be found in galvanized steel, brass, and manganese bronze.
1200NGB Next Generation Catch Basin - The 1200NGB next generation catch basin is a 12" x 12" catch basin that has unique inlet / outlets with three adjustable positions. The basin can accept pipe at various elevations and sizes using universal outlet adapters to accommodate the job's needs. The 1200NGB catch basin allows for greater flexibility during drainage installations, saving time and money. The same grates that are used in the standard NDS 1200 series catch basins can be used with the 1200NGB basins. For achieving greater basin depths, bottomless risers can be stacked to the desired height. 18" Catch Basin Series – Bigger jobs require bigger drains, and that is what you get with the 18" x 18" catch basin by NDS. The 1800 series catch basins are made with 2-opening or 4-opening to connect your drainage pipe. Outlet adapters are needed for each opening. Heavy duty plastic grates are available in slotted and atrium styles. Cast iron and galvanized steel slotted grates are also available.
24" Catch Basin Series – The biggest catch basin made by NDS is the 2400 series basin (24" x 24") it comes in a 2-opening and a 4-opening model. Risers (12”) are also available for those projects where you need a deep catch basin. Grates for this basin are available in black or green plastic, cast iron and galvanized steel. Outlet adapters are available for connecting pipe up to 12” in diameter.

NDS Pavers
NDS pavers are load-bearing, permeable systems that drain water runoff without disturbing the surface area's appearance. Made from recycled materials and lasting up to twenty years when installed properly, NDS pavers are durable enough to meet LEED requirements. Open area at the bottom of honeycomb cells allow additional room for water to percolate into the soil and for grassroots to grow without being root bound.
Pavers are useful in landscaping applications to prevent soil erosion and surface compaction caused by traffic while allowing excess water to drain naturally. Installed on a solid base, NDS pavers withstand light to heavy vehicle traffic; pavers are commonly used in gravel driveways, overflow parking areas and bike paths to prevent road ruts.
Tufftrack Grassroad Paver
The Tufftrack load bearing paver system comes in 24" x 24" blocks of hexagonal cells that are 1" deep. A rigid design and unique tongue-and-groove latching system allow Tufftrack paver blocks to withstand forces applied in traffic situations without breaking, warping or separating. Tufftrack is capable of performing under stress loads over 128 thousand pounds per square foot on a mature installation site.
EZ Roll Pavers
NDS's EZ Roll Pavers are composed of 24" x 24" panels that ship in easily installed rolls. Their recycled HDPE material is treated with UV inhibitors to prevent wear from environmental factors, creating a longer lasting product that does not require maintenance like asphalt and concrete surfaces do.
Gravel pavers come in rolls of 48"w x 150' long. A mesh fabric is bonded to the underside of the system to stabilize the pavers on the base soil so they do not sink. On a secure base, EZ Roll Gravel Pavers can accommodate light to moderate vehicle traffic. Gravel Pavers allow water percolation into the base soil while preventing characteristic erosion of gravel drives and footpaths.
Grass pavers offer a choice between of 48"w x 25' or 150' long. The pavers' hexagonal shape prevents soil compaction. EZ Roll Grass Pavers distribute compressive pressure into the base soil, allowing the system to accommodate moderate vehicular traffic. With over 80 percent open area on the bottom per cell, Grass Pavers enable unrestricted grass root growth for a more natural appearance.
