Strongwell’s Duragrate© product line is made by a different process. Duragrate© is a molded fiberglass mesh grating which is molded in one 4 ft x 8 ft piece. It is manufactured by interweaving a continuous, thoroughly wetted, fiberglass strand with thermosetting resin systems. The mesh structure, designed with load bearing bars in both directions, allows for use without side support. Typical applications include floor systems, walkways, work platforms, stairs, ramps, trench covers and catwalks. Because it is chemical resistant, Duragrate© can be used in industrial applications such as food processing, beverage, chemical processing, water & wastewater treatment, metal finishing, pulp/paper, transportation, pharmaceutical, textile, oil/gas and mining/smelting/refining.

Duragrate© is easy to install. It can be fabricated to size and easily cut at the job site. This helps minimize waste. Duragrate© is available with a non-slip walking surface.
